We develop and apply machine learning and deep learning approaches in cooperation with Prof. Klaus-Robert Müller, TU Berlin, to image analysis in histopathology and immunology as well as proteogenomics in precision oncology to predict, integrate and interpret morphological and molecular properties in health and disease.
